Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success and professional development Pipeline management and driving efficiency Support the team in closing deals when needed as well as taking some key negotiations personallySales Strategy And Planning
Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement effective sales strategies Creative and data driven in order to pitch and build supporting materials to close deals Create, implement and improve new and existing processes
What You'll Need
3-5 years of experience managing sales team(s) Proven track record of success in direct sales as well as managing teams Track record in team transformations from strategy to management Building a culture of high performance, momentum and joint sense of purpose Food delivery/tech experience experience is a plus Proficient in data analysis, excel, etc.
