- Conduct regular and thoroughaudits of company operations, facilities, and processes to assessadherence to QHSE standards, policies, andregulations.
- Identify areas for improvement inQHSE systems and processes and provide actionable recommendationsto enhance compliance and efficiency.
- Analyzedata and documentation to assess risks, identify non-conformities,and verify corrective actions.
- Develop andmaintain audit reports, detailing findings, recommendations, andcorrective actions taken.
- Collaborate withvarious departments to ensure understanding and implementation ofQHSE standards and practices.
- Stay updated onindustry best practices, regulatory changes, and advancements inQHSE standards to continually improve auditmethodologies.
- Proven experience (10 years) in QHSEauditing, preferably within manufacturing ormechanical.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant QHSEregulations, standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.), andindustry practices.
- Strong analytical skillswith the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret dataeffectively.
- Excellent communication skills,both written and verbal, to convey audit findings andrecommendations clearly.(English)
- Detail-oriented mindset with strongproblem-solving abilities.
- Certification inQHSE auditing (e.g., IRCA Lead Auditor certification) isadvantageous.
- Ability to work independently,manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasksefficiently
