Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


1.


Sales:


  • Develop and implement effective tele sales strategies to drive revenue growth in line with company targets.
  • Set ambitious sales goals for the team and provide guidance to achieve them.
  • Identify potential market opportunities, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback to ensure targets are met.

Backend Operations:


  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Work closely with the inventory team to manage stock levels and prevent stockouts.
  • Ensure accurate and uptodate documentation of sales transactions and customer interactions.

Customer Service:


  • Uphold a high standard of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Train and mentor the tele sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

4.


Data Management:


  • Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information, interactions, and purchase history.
  • Utilize data to generate insights into customer preferences and buying patterns, informing sales strategies.
  • Regularly analyze sales data and provide reports to senior management highlighting key performance metrics.

Team Management:


  • Lead, motivate, and guide the tele sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and provide coaching to enhance team members' skills.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practice adoption.

Time Management:


  • Efficiently allocate resources and manage work schedules to optimize team productivity.
  • Prioritize tasks and ensure effective time management within the team to meet deadlines and goals.

Market Insights:


  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market dynamics.
  • Share insights with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and remain competitive.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Tele Sales Manager or similar role in the F&B industry.
  • Strong sales acumen with a successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Customercentric mindset and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and priorities.

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Tele sales Manager: 6 years (preferred)
Team Management: 6 years (preferred)

  • Tele sales: 6 years (preferred)

Language:


  • English Fluently (preferred)

Salary:
AED5, AED6,500.00 per month
