• You'llguide your team to focus on, build and ship the features that makethe Careem Pay onboarding the best fintech onboarding in theregion
• Establishing confidence in key growthareas and questioning them to discover swifter or more efficientmethods to expand the market.
• Develop andcommunicate the product vision and roadmap for the onboardingproduct, aligned with the company's overall businessgoals.
• Facilitating seamless team execution bydiving into the specifics and collaborating closely with engineers,identifying potential issues early on, and taking proactivemeasures to address or escalate them.
• Conductuser research and market analysis to identify customer needs andmarket trends, and use that information to inform productdecisions.
• (In due course) Recruiting andintegrating new members into theteam.
• Collaborate with compliance and legalteams to ensure that the onboarding product meets regulatoryrequirements, including KYC/AML compliance.
