Role & Responsibilities of a Service Advisor : -

Interacting with customers and attending to their queries and enquires.
Attending Service calls of customers to schedule Appointments
Maintains and develops existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
Prepare the monthly target/actual monitoring system and discuss with team
Record on the Job Card any additional instructions authorized by the customer
Follow up while the repair is in progress to ensure its completion on schedule in accordance with repair instructions and update Customers regularly.
Make sure that additional parts required for ordering are monitored and status informed to customer
Advices customers for future maintenance schedule and other services required
Ensure 100% delivery of cars as promised to the customer on time and ensure that all vehicles for release are cleaned and ready based on the standards
Develops and maintain customers relation and ensure customer business growth
Focus on quality of customer service and regular follow up
Promoting Service Contract Agreements, Extended Warranty and other Service products (upselling)
