• Manage the execution of largeaudit engagements of various clients in accordance with therelevant regulatory and professional auditingstandards
• Managing partner and specialistinvolvement on audits and act as the initial point of contactthroughout the year for your audits
• Maintainand uphold audit quality on all engagements in accordance with thefirm's methodology andpolicies
• Oversee and direct the budgeting,resourcing, planning, co-ordination and execution of engagements inaccordance with client, statutory, firm's methodology andbusiness requirements to ensure effective service delivery andmaximized recoverability
• Ensure and maintaincompliance with the firm's independence policies, riskmanagement and training requirements
• Direct,coach and mentor supervisors and team members to assist them in theeffective delivery of engagements
• Nurture andseek worthwhile relationships with clients, business departmentsand staff, for the sharing of information and to identify andprogress current and future auditrequirements
• Assist in preparing andnegotiating fee proposals for our existing client base and for newbusiness
• Assist the Directors and Partners inmonitoring the effectiveness of audit services delivered, providingfeedback and reflection on the quality of serviceaccordingly
• PROFILE

EducationRequirements

• Bachelorsin commerce or Completed A levels orequivalent
• CertifiedCA/CPA/ACCA
• Technically sound, thoroughknowledge of IFRS andISA

WorkExperienceRequirements

• Totalof at least 6-7 years of experiencerequired
• Experience in Accounting and handlinga team
• Prior experience in dealing in clientsinvolved in Financial Services including Bankingsector.
