    Description
    • Accountable for the PnLcommunication and aligning with keystakeholders.
    • Oversee the development ofbest-practice performance marketing programs: site marketing,outbound email list, data feed strategy and execution, contentdevelopment and partnerships, network advertising, affiliatemarketing, key word and search engineoptimization.
    • Oversees all aspects ofE-commerce to ensure that technology, structure, organization,design and functionality are customer driven, user-centric andmetrics-based.
    • Understand and manage UI, UX,data on all given frameworks and platforms, plus have the abilityto direct software alignment andinvestments.
    • Establishes, refines, and revisessite and performance metrics that will drive the business andenhance operational efficiency.
    • Supervises theactivities of the Trade & Commercial function withinE-commerce, to ensure adequate inventory levels to sustain directto consumer demand: i.e. online sales and cataloguetransactions.
    • Tracks and pursues E-commercemargin opportunities to execute specific online promotionalstrategies in consultation with the Business UnitTeams
    • Provides sales, margin and costjustification analysis for emerging E-commerce initiatives andpromotions.
    • Collaborates with the InformationTechnology department to establish online cataloguing, payment /merchant gateways and web security in line with the latest trendsin online commerce technology.
    • Establishescontent strategy and execution schedule that both supports anddrives key metrics aligned with the retail and merchandisingteam.
    • Besides developing a performancemarketing strategy to drive traffic and conversion, will alsooversee the execution of online marketing and content to ensure isrelevant and sound, and will cooperate with the group marketingfunction to secure relevant, timely and technically good contentfor the digital stores.
    • Deliver consistentdelivery service module in all the regions that Befitoperates.
    • Provides research and analysis to therespective brands related to online merchandise selling trends,marketplace price sensitivity, and consumer response to merchandiseproducts.
    • Builds and maintains relationships ina network of E-commerce vendor/suppliers, web affiliates andpartner websites.
    • Keeps abreast E-commercetrends, latest technologies, digital marketing techniques, systemsand controls, to ensures alignment with current processes andpractices.
    • Ensures integration between portals,websites and other digital means with the physical in store (Omni)and above the line marketing ensuring consumers have a fullyintegrated consumer Journey.
    • Create and evolveinternal policies and procedures aligning to the brandsrequirements.
    • Consistently cooperates with theBrick and Mortar team to provide seamless consumer experiences(click and collect, store digital catalogs, etc.), facilitatingconsumer centric purchase experiences in all occasions wheredigital meets physical.

    Skills, Qualifications, Educationand Experience:

    • Aminimum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years inE-commerce delivery and management in a retail industrypreferably.
    • Bachelor's degree inMarketing / InformationTechnology.
    • Master's degree inBusiness Administration with specialization in Marketing /Information Technology is preferred.
    • Strongunderstanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and industrytrends.
    • Proficiency in performance marketingtechniques and digital advertisingplatforms.
    • Excellent analytical skills and theability to translate data into actionableinsights.
    • Experience with content managementand e-commerce platforms.
    • Exceptionalleadership and team managementabilities.
    • Strong communication andcollaboration skills.
    • Results-oriented with afocus on achieving and exceeding salestargets.
