You will be responsible for developing, leading and driving critical business operations in a high growth and fast paced environment, taking on complex business challenges and setting targets that align with the strategic vision for Tesla.

• Define the optimal operational strategy that will enable growth in your market, in partnership with your Market Leaderb-Manage the overall business plan by working with other departments.

Facilitate team and partner meetings regularly and effectively.c-Analyze, develop, and improve processes related to logistics, vehicle registration, fleet management, finance/collections, vehicle delivery, and all other required documentation and operational processes in your market
