Project Coordinator (Female)


Location:
Dubai, U.A.E

We seek a highly organized and experienced Project coordinator (Female) to join our interior fit-out division. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.

You will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined objectives.


The
specific
responsibilities and
duties include the following:

  • Assist in developing project plans.
  • Team with project managers and team members to establish project goals and priorities.
  • Track project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and take appropriate actions to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Act as a central point of contact for projectrelated inquiries.
  • Assist in resource allocation and coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and change requests.
  • Generate regular progress reports and provide updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on risk status throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project managers to implement risk mitigation measures and contingency plans.
  • Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their expectations are managed effectively.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project coordination and efficiency.

Qualifications:


  • B. Tech (Civil)
  • Proven experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Prior experience in the interior fitout industry
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Attention to detail, Problemsolving, and criticalthinking skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED3, AED4,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Interior Fitout: 1 year (preferred)
