In addition, the HDTT will be responsible for leading the development of our technology roadmap and ensuring that our technology infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable.

• Develop and implement the company's technology strategy to support business goals and objectives
• Lead the digital transformation efforts, with a special focus on automation and AI
• Identify and implement technology solutions that improve workflow efficiency, reduce costs, and create new revenue opportunities
• Lead the development of the technology roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives and priorities
• Ensure that the technology infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable
• Oversee the development and implementation of new software and technology systems
• Manage and mentor the technology team, ensuring that they have the skills and resources necessary to meet business requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Head of Technology or in a similar senior technology leadership role
• Strong experience with digital transformation and automation, including AI and machine learning
• Knowledge and deep understanding of Salesforce CRM Platform
• Experience in developing and implementing technology strategies that support business objectives
• Experience with SaaS-based solutions and cloud-based architectures
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, practices, and tools
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
