    Description


    Work under the guidance of the SeniorManager – Sales Operations to assist in creating andmaintaining the sales strategy for B2B and B2C platforms, and increating, managing, and executing sales plans.


    • Analyseand understand user behaviours on both B2B and B2C platforms andsuggest plans, processes, and methods to recapture lostopportunities offline, including through direct communications withcustomers.
    • Research and identify competitivealternatives to fulfil the custom requirements and bespoke customerrequests received through any online or offline channel, and workwith the internal teams and the requesting customer to complete thesales transaction.
    • Work relentlessly on acquiringcustomers through direct communications and any other effectivemethods as may be applicable in different countries in line withthe assigned targets and sales plans.
    • Share knowledgeand experience with peers and counterparts in other locationsworldwide and adopt best practices as and whenapplicable.
    • Proactively follow up on uncompleted salestransactions through direct communications with customers and inalignment with the Customer Experience team. Use the approvedreengagement methods to regain the business and regularly providefeedback to the line manager on the challenges andachievements.
    • Assist the line manager in all activitiesrelated to customer acquisition, sales targeting, andonlinetooffline conversions, and support in online trafficanalysis to optimize the effectiveness of marketingplans.
    • Create reports to track progress and evaluateresults and suggest relevant enhancements accordingly.
    • Oversee the performance of promotional offers in alignment with thebusiness goals and objectives and proactively analyse and reportresults.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for theimprovement of sales and sales management methodologies, and reportto the line manager.
    • Identify and report customer,product, and site issues and work with the cross functional teamson effectively and timely resolving any and all issues andimplementing preventive solutions.
    • Provide the linemanager with insights on customer shopping trends to supportproduct selection and suggest tactics to resolve gaps.
    • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry and assistthe line manager in performing competitor analysis andbenchmarking.
