    JOB SUMMARY

    The Recreation Manager orchestrates premier guest experiences by overseeing pool facilities, kids' club, play areas, gym, and resort activities.

    Education and Experience Experience:
    3+ years managing recreational facilities in a hospitality or resort environment


    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation Management, or related field preferred. Relevant certifications safety, first aid) are advantageous.

    Collaboration:
    Coordinate with departments to optimize guest experiences and align recreational activities with overall resort objectives


    Budget Management:
    Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resources for efficient facility operation


    Continuous Improvement:
    Proactively identify opportunities to enhance offerings, seeking ways to exceed guest expectations


    Communication:
    Foster effective communication channels between staff and management, addressing concerns promptly


    Guest Engagement:
    Interact with guests, gathering feedback to refine offerings and ensure a memorable experience. Conducting Human Resources Activities

    • Identifies the developmental needs of others and coaches, mentors, or otherwise helps others to improve their knowledge or skills.
    • Participates in the performance appraisal system process, giving feedback when needed.
