Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Source and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies required for fitout and joinery projects.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and vendors, and evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and quality of products.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure costeffectiveness and timely delivery of materials.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to determine project requirements and develop procurement strategies to meet project timelines and budgetary constraints.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and payments.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the procurement process.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in procurement to inform decisionmaking and strategy development.

Qualifications and Skills:

Valid UAE driving license
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or fitout industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and documentation.
