Finance Manager - Abu Dhabi

Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our investment holding company and its subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the holding company and subsidiaries.
• Consolidate and analyze financial statements for the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen governance and compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements for the holding company and subsidiaries.
• Manage and process payroll for the holding company only (subsidiaries manage their own payroll independently).
• Review and oversee statutory audits, tax filings, and compliance matters.
• Provide financial insights and presentations to the CEO and Board, supporting key business decisions.
• Identify areas for cost optimization, risk management, and performance improvement across the group.
• Supervise, mentor, and manage the finance team to ensure professional growth, efficiency, and high performance.
