Entry-Level/Junior Graphics Designer with Marketing Responsibilities

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Entry-Level/Junior Graphics Designer to join our medical facility's marketing team and work hand-in-hand with our media specialist.

As a Graphics Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and impactful designs for various digital and print materials, supporting our marketing campaigns, and enhancing the overall brand identity.

Additionally, you will collaborate with our Media Specialist to execute marketing strategies and create compelling visual content that drives engagement and communicates medical information effectively to our target audience.

Responsibilities:

1.

Graphic Design:

Utilize your creativity and design skills to produce high-quality graphics for both online and offline channels, including social media graphics, brochures, and infographics.

2.

Concept Development:

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas and marketing concepts that effectively convey medical information and resonate with our audience.

3.

Visual Content Creation:
Produce visually compelling content for our website, social media platforms, and other digital channels.

4.

Marketing Campaign Support:
Development and execution of marketing campaigns.

5.

Brand Consistency:

Maintain consistency in design elements and branding across all marketing materials to reinforce our medical facility's identity and create a cohesive visual presence in the market.

6.

Social Media Management:

Support social media efforts by creating graphics that enhance posts, increase shareability, and promote our medical facility's unique offerings.

Requirements:

1.

Education:
A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

2.

Portfolio:

Showcase a strong portfolio that demonstrates your proficiency in graphic design and includes examples of marketing-related projects and campaigns.

3.

Proficiency in Design Software:
Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.

4.

Creativity and Attention to Detail:

Display a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving, striving to create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate complex medical information while aligning with marketing objectives.

5.

Team Player:

Exhibit excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude to work effectively with the Media Specialist and other team members.

6.

Time Management:
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks efficiently.

Salary:
AED3, AED6,000.00 per month
