The Remote Call CenterRep will be responsible for:

• Answeringincoming customer calls and responding to customerinquiries

• Troubleshooting customerissues and providing technical support

•Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positivecustomer experience

• Documentingcustomer interactions and updating customerrecords

• Following up with customers toensure their satisfactionRequirements:

• At least 5 years ofrelevant experience

• Good level ofdecision-making skills

• Excellentcommunication and customer serviceskills

• Ability to work independentlyand remotely
