Experiencewith Target Operating Model (TOM)implementations


EssentialQualification/certifications:
Project Management Certification suchas PMP or PRINCE 2 are preferred.

Must haveMinimum 6-10 years' experience in end to end programmanagement

Proven proficiency in managinghybrid projects (Agile/Waterfall)

Plan andimplement projects. Help define project scope, goals anddeliverables.

Define tasks and requiredresources.

Manage budget, Allocate projectresources, Create a schedule and project timeline, Trackdeliverables, Support and direct team, Monitor and report onproject progress, Present to stakeholders reports on progress aswell as problems and solutions, Implement and manage change whennecessary to meet project outputs
