    • Managing and updating filingsystems, both physical and digital.
    • Preparingreports, presentations, and other documents asrequested.
    • Assisting with travel arrangementsand expense reports.
    • Managing calendars andcoordinating schedules for executives.
    • Takingminutes during meetings and distributing them toattendees.
    • Screening and prioritizing incomingemails, mail, and othercommunications.
    • Providing administrativesupport to ensure efficient operation of theoffice.
    • Attend meetings and keepminutes
    • Receive and screen phone calls andredirect them when appropriate Handle and prioritize all outgoingor incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packagesetc.)
    • Handle confidential documents ensuringthey remain secure
    • Maintain electronic andpaper records ensuring information is organized and easilyaccessible
