- Maintains agenda and assist inplanning appointments, board meetings, conferencesetc.
- Organizing and scheduling appointments andmeetings for executives.
- Handling incomingcalls and correspondence, and redirecting them whenappropriate.
- Maintaining office supplies andequipment, and coordinating repairs andmaintenance.
- Managing and updating filingsystems, both physical and digital.
- Preparingreports, presentations, and other documents asrequested.
- Assisting with travel arrangementsand expense reports.
- Managing calendars andcoordinating schedules for executives.
- Takingminutes during meetings and distributing them toattendees.
- Screening and prioritizing incomingemails, mail, and othercommunications.
- Providing administrativesupport to ensure efficient operation of theoffice.
- Attend meetings and keepminutes
- Receive and screen phone calls andredirect them when appropriate Handle and prioritize all outgoingor incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packagesetc.)
- Handle confidential documents ensuringthey remain secure
- Maintain electronic andpaper records ensuring information is organized and easilyaccessible
