Description

• To liaisewith foreign suppliers/principals for price andavailability and subsequent followups for units Readiness atfactory.
  
• ToIssue retail sales price to Equipment Sales Team for nonstock itemsbased on manufacturer s pricelist.
  
• Toperform PR Analysis and necessary internal approvals for placementofFPO.
  
• Toprepare Foreign Purchase Order and PO for local Genset supplieragainst customer orders and for Genavcostock.
  
• Tocommunicate with the foreign suppliers for shortshippeditems.
  
• Toarrange L/C Performance Bond & Bank Guarantees throughFinanceDept.
  
• Responsiblefor implementation of Keyloop/Autoline Systems at Dept level forsmoothfunctioning.
  
• Toprepare Budget & Brand Performance / Sales Performance /Balance ScorecardCPM and other presentations for DivisionalMeeting.
  
• Toarrange for item codecreation.
  
• Toprepare Sales Commission Forms for submission to FinanceDept.
  
• Toarrange approvals for Proforma Invoices from PlantService.
  

Requirements

• UniversityGraduate.
  
• Minimum23 years of relevant experience preferably in similarrole.
  
• Goodcommand in Englishlanguage.
  
• Computerliterate with good presentationskills.
  
• Candidatewith local experience of working either with Heavy Equipmentindustry/Automotive or CommercialSector.
  
• Internalcandidate within JAM Group preferably female with similarexperience as perJD.
  

Should be at least a Diploma holder with minimum 3 to 5 yrsexperience in automobile industry Must have experience in sellingand marketing and branded products in similar field. Must becomputer literate with good communication skills in English andArabic. Age not more than 35yrs. UAE Driving license holderpreferred.
