    Lead and develop our entire team in the UAEand provide support to operations in other assigned countries.Ensure that all necessary resources and competences are in place tomaintain a safe and healthy work environment while upholding thehighest standards.
    Manage customer relations and championthe delivery of top-notch customer service.
    Seizeopportunities for business growth and sustain relationships withkey accounts and brand principals.
    Oversee all operationscost-effectively, aligning them with brand standards andimplementing quality control measures.
    Monitor staffefficiency, productivity, and other service KPIs.
    Coachand train your team for success.
    Ensure the facility,service vehicles, property, and equipment are maintained inaccordance with cleanliness and operationalstandards.
    Manage budgets and forecastoperations.
    Conduct annual performance developmentdiscussions.

    Required skills to besuccessful:
    Technical expertise in the marine, powergeneration, and oil & gas industries.
    Provenexperience in managing a team of 10-20 staff.
    Proficiencyin MS Office; SAP knowledge is an addedadvantage.
    Excellent communication, negotiation,presentation, business, and leadership skills.
    MandatoryUAE driving license.

    What equips you for therole:
    A minimum of 10 years' work experience inmaintenance, with at least 5 years in a similar leadershiprole.
    A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MarineEngineering, or a related technical field.
    Strongbusiness acumen and a strategic approach.
