Description

Reviewing and studying the case file in detail so that the senior associate is fully aware of all aspects involved and related to cases/matters assigned to him/her;Ensure to meet with clients as and when required in relation to their cases possessing the ability to understand the matter/case and further communicate the same to the consultant and lawyer;Wherever required or requested by the client to prepare detailed synopsis, strategies, legal opinions (under the review of the consultant) on the case/matter;Ensure that case files are read by the associates to ensure productive progress of the cases.

Senior associates are encouraged to work towards generating new business leads for the firm.

The senior associate is required to effectively and efficiently communicate with the clients on all aspects related to the client's case including without limitation to updates, progress, strategy, queries etc.

Communicate and discuss strategies of the case with the client once discussing the same with the legal consultant;Effectively and efficiently supervise the team of paralegals/associates assigned to the senior associate;Ensure that paralegals/associates are performing their tasks professionally;Monitoring day-to-day assignments of the paralegals/associates;Training the paralegal and associates where required;

Key Requirements:

Graduate with both a bachelors and masters' law degree from a reputed UniversityMinimum 5 to 8 years' experience in a similar capacity with a reputed law firm, legal department or legal consultancy firm with good legal administration skills.

It is essential that the employee has excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
