- In the absence of the Security Head of Department the Assistant will lead the investigations in all Incidents or Accidents.
- Ability to evaluate security operation requirement, prioritize, organize, coordinate work assignments and to delegate task.
- Assists in all initial Safety Training and related state and federal mandatory safety practices such as, but not limited to Safety Standards, Hazard Control. Assists in all Fire Safety Training and conducts Security Exercises such as Fire Drills, Bomb Threat Drills and Crisis Desktop Exercise.
- Assists in conducting safety inspections of the property and consigns the same to an appropriate record. The inspection should follow corporate guidelines and meet all state and local requirements pertinent to potential or actual hazards or codified violations.
- Able to solve practical problems quickly and efficiently when the need arises.
- Able to handle paperwork and fill out reports for management, assists in conducting monthly meetings and ability to assess performance of the entire security personnel's as per company guidelines.
- To respond to the incident and implement the process that has been put into place by the senior management.
- Able to provide information and follow instructions to maintain security, health and safety.
- Good judgment and decision-making skills, with a 'hands on', problem solving approach, able to remain calm under pressure and take control of incidents. Enthusiastic and committed approach with a track record of building strong trusted base relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
- Computer literate and have knowledge of MS Office and be able to use such programs as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and Excel.

- Minimum 3 years work experience in security industry or as a security guard. UAE experience required.
- Minimum 2 months documented formal Security Training or 5 years' experience in a similar role in other country including military or law enforcement agencies.
- Minimum completion and certificate of 12 years of Secondary Education.

Role:The role is responsible for assisting the Security Head of Department to ensure the safety and security of all personnel, customers, and property. This position requires a high level of vigilance and attention to detail to identify and mitigate potential threats. The Assistant Security Manager must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with other departments, interact with customers, and oversee security general operations and security personnel. This function is to carry out duties necessary to safeguard property and to provide a safe working environment, act on matters affecting the security and safety of all properties and Guests. Supervising the daily security operations and activities for the effective management of all aspects of physical security of the assets of Emaar Hospitality Group. The job holder oversees daily activities and operations during the shift, to supervise the outsource security on duty to ensure that security and safety tasks are being done in a timely and efficient manner.
