Ø 12thPass or Bachelor's degree in any field or High school diploma.

Ø 1+ years of work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telesales Representative, or a related job position in the Sales department.

Ø Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office tools preferred excel sheet.

Ø Outstanding ability to follow scripts.

Ø Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.

Ø Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Ø Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.

Ø Ability to solve complex problems promptly.

Ø Ability to deal with different personalities.

Ø Good time management skills.

Ø Ability to provide excellent customer service.

Required Details

  • Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
  • Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches.
  • Updating the database with all the customer's information.
  • Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them.
  • Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
  • Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
  • Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.
  • Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Telesales Manager.
  • Providing an excellent customer service to the customers.
  • Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services.
  • Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations.
  • Stay abreast with the latest trends in the industry.

AED2, AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


- telemarketer: 1 year (preferred)
