These position is for those who have experienced only in Residential
-
Assist the project team in sourcing, sampling and budgeting FF&E designs. Assist the project team in documenting FF&E design on a variety of project types. Assist the project team in producing presentation materials and in coordinating FF&E designs with vendors and other resources

Managing the detailed design drawings, drafting, as well as preparing presentations boards

Choice of furniture, material, fabrics, flooring, wall coverings and accessories.

Help in improving and organizing the material library.

Follow up on upholstery and joinery details and follow up on their execution.

Preparation of BOQ, Schedule of Materials, Schedule of Finishes and Schedules of Furniture.

Coordination with the Client, Project Manager or Client Representative.
