- To provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team
- Provide oversight of Physiotherapy (Rehabilitation), Dietetics, Occupational Health and other relevant allied health services as required
- To support the implementation of the business unit and group clinical strategy
- To monitor, guide and improve quality management, clinical risk and governance processes both at business unit and corporate level
- Business drivers and how to apply financial controls within the clinical process
- Policies, procedures, requirements, and regulations related to the management and administration of the clinical function
- Quality improvement processes and the ability to maintain and improve quality standards and ensure that accreditation standards are met
- UAE healthcare regulatory framework and related requirements
- Understanding of the multi-disciplinary clinical environment, systems and related processes

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To provide clinical leadership and guidance, including operational support to the team through the embedment and continuous improvement of clinical services, standards and governance aimed at achieving best in class patient safety and quality standards
Maintaining a balance between running an active clinical practice and performing clinical leadership and oversight for the business unit will be a standard part of the job
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Medical Degree with a speciality area from an accredited institution
A Degree in business administration will be an advantage
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
At least 5-8 years' experience as a senior clinician
Relevant experience in hospital operations is desired
