Job Description:


Responsibilities:


Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies to optimize the company's financial performance and achieve business objectives.

Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.

Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparation of financial statements and reports.

Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial advisory roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and concepts.

Proficiency in financial analysis tools and accounting software.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Fluency in Arabic is required.
