• Supervising all lifting activitiesacross and being overall accountable for the implementation ofADNOC Lifting Integrity Management System. Leading a large lifting& maintenance team acting as a'champion' and mentor to promote Staff ActiveEngagement in better integrity management practices for continuousimprovement.
• Providing technical input into thedevelopment of integrity performance standards, inspection, surveystrategies and programs including suitable acceptancecriteria.
• Assuring the asset integrity of allLifting Equipment and act as the custodian of all auditable recordsand reports.
• Review and approve all types ofLift Plans without any deviation from ADNOC OffshoreAsset
• Integrity Lifting Management System andADNOC safety standards.
• If unsafe conditionsare reported to him, to take suitable measures to rectify theconditions so that the lifting operation can be conductedsafely.
