    We are currently seekinga resourceful and dependable Office Assistant to join our team. Asan Office Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting thesmooth operation of our office environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professionalmanner.
    • Answer and direct phone calls toappropriate personnel.
    • Manage incoming andoutgoing correspondence including mail emails and faxes.
    • Maintain office filing systems both electronic andphysical ensuring organization and accessibility.
    • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments meetingsand events.
    • Handle office supplies inventoryordering and restocking.
    • Assist with basicaccounting tasks such as processing invoices and expensereports.
    • Perform basic clerical dutiesincluding photocopying scanning and faxing documents.
    • Support other administrative staff with various tasks andprojects as needed.
    • Ensure the cleanliness andtidiness of the office space.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalentqualification.
    • Proven experience as an OfficeAssistant or in a similar role.
    • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office suite (Word Excel Outlook).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
    • Strong organizational and multitaskingabilities.
    • Attention to detail andaccuracy.
