Description
Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible.

  • Redirect calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
  • Greet, assist and/or direct guest, clients, visitors and others as needed.
  • Ensure at all times and attend to customer needs in a professional, friendly and courteous manner
  • Ensure that a high level of professional rapport is developed and maintained with all customers
  • Report, evaluate and investigate recurring operational problems that are highlighted by customer and then direct the information accordingly for corrective actions to be taken
  • Direct the clients/customers and visitors to the appropriate staff member.
  • Handling the Customer Care during regular business hours
  • Receive, manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Scheduling appointment for New Connections & Disconnections, meter reading, invoice delivery, payments etc.
  • Giving instructions to the Customers to those who will request for Disconnection and obtaining Clearance Certificate.
  • Informs customers of registration procedures, payment options and office location and timing details.
  • Coordinating all transaction inquiries (payment, invoice, service charge etc.) to every customer.
  • Guiding customers on how to do Website / App registration and process the payment.
  • Handling customers who will pay Monthly/Quarterly bill and who will claim Final Bill/Refund and Clearance Certificate in the office.
  • Filing the Daily Technician's Report (Connection/Disconnection & Emergency Log).
  • Attending emergency calls (Mock Drills), providing the safety procedure according to the company standard.
  • Assisting Front desk agent during clearance timings, when required.
  • Coordinate with Accounts Department for final invoice and clearance issuance.
  • Coordinate with O&M department for emergency assistance when required.
  • Following Up on Late Payments on phones.
  • Coordinating Late Payment SMS with IT.

Eligibility:


  • Must have minimum 35 years of Customer Service Agent (Inbound Call Centre).
  • Bachelor degree in any field.
  • Strong communication skills & proficiency in English
  • Handson experience in Computers, MS Excel & Word.
  • Preference will be given for those who are available to join immediately.
