    Job Overview

    The Head of Regulatory Compliance will be responsible for leading the organization's compliance function, with particular emphasis on Forex operations. This senior leadership role will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while supporting the organization's strategic objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and maintain a robust compliance framework aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
    • Lead the compliance team in monitoring and evaluating the organization's compliance with internal policies and external regulations
    • Provide expert guidance to executive management on complex regulatory matters affecting Forex operations
    • Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
    • Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and represent the organization in regulatory examinations
    • Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees at all levels
    • Oversee the investigation of compliance breaches and implement corrective actions
    • Stay current with evolving regulatory landscapes and anticipate the impact of new regulations
    • Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and documentation
    • Report regularly to the Board of Directors on compliance matters and emerging regulatory risks

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
    • 10+ years of experience in legal and regulatory compliance roles within Forex, financial services, banking sectors, or Exchange Houses
    • Proven experience advising senior management on regulatory compliance, risk management, and legal matters in Forex trading
    • Comprehensive knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance frameworks
    • Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
    • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing compliance teams
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
