    Description
    • Consistently offers professional,engaging and friendly service.
    • Maintainbuildings, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing,electrical wiring and other related maintenanceactivities.
    • Inspect facilities and equipmentfor conformance with operationalstandards.
    • Review job order to determine workpriorities.
    • Schedule repair, maintenance, andinstallation of machines, tools and equipment to ensure continuousoperations and guest and ownersatisfaction.
    • Complete preventative maintenanceprogram items in coordination withplan.
    • Perform pool and spamaintenance.
    • Follow department policies,procedures and service standards.
    • Follow allsafety procedures.
    • Ensure Mastercard/Key/mobile/vacuum machine/Ladder signin-out.
    • Guest room PPM and the Daily PPM roomsto check and carry out the job.
    • Guestroom/Apartment request attending.
    • RSM requestattending.
    • Make sure plant room reading takenas per the timing.
    • Check the PPM check list andcarry out the PPM as per schedule.
    • PPM for FCU,EXF, PUMPs, Electrical DB, Dimmer panel, Fky killer, KitchenPPM.
    • Apartments requestattending.
    • While doing the PPM use thePPE.
    • Responding immediately for any emergencyrequest for fire alarm, water flooding, gas alarmetc.
    • Report any hazard duringwork.
    • Report any abuse of equipment/Energy.
    • Plant room regular visit, maintainclean and tidy.
    • Sump pump cleaning andPPM.
    • Chiller yardrounds/inspection.
    • Booster heater/pumps monthlyPPM.
    • PRV PPM and monthlychecks.
    • Ice machine filter replacementmonthly.
    • GeneratorPPM.
    • Monthly meterreading.
    • Energy conservation tomonitor.
    • Daily Pending works to be followed upwithout fail.
    • Ensure Side Kick PPM completed asper the schedule plan.

    Qualifications

    • Highly responsible andreliable.
    • Previous experience with painting,plumbing, electrical wiring and other related experience is anasset.
    • Previous experience with pool and spa isan asset
    • Ability to work cohesively with fellowcolleagues as a part of a team with minimalsupervision.
    • Enthusiastic anddependable.
    • Activelistening.
    • A self-starter, take initiative, canmake decisions in fast-paced, changingenvironment.
    • Constant standing and walkingthroughout shift.
    • Proficient in the Englishlanguage (verbal & written), second language is anasset.
    • Customerservice.
    • Interpersonalskills.
    • Good communicationsskills.
    • Must be flexible in terms of workinghours.
