    About Our Client A tie up between a global firm with multiple successful investments in F&B and beyond and a multiple Michelin star chef moving to Dubai to setup the brand.


    Job Description This person will be responsible for;Developing and implementing strategic operational initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all restaurant locations.

    Oversee the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to, inventory management, staffing, vendor relations, and quality control.
    Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team, including restaurant managers, chefs, and front-of-house staff. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

    Maintaining and elevating the quality standards of service, food, and overall guest experience, ensuring consistency and excellence in all operational aspects alongside the Head Chef.

    Collaborating with finance to develop and manage budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability. Analyse financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
    Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favourable terms to optimise costs while maintaining quality standards.

    Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience.

    The Successful Applicant To apply for the role, it is necessary to have the following experience; Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels or global restaurants.

    Background in luxury hospitality or high end F&B operations is essential.

    Proven experience in pre-opening operations, demonstrating successful establishment of high-end dining establishments or ideally luxury hotelsStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and maximising profitability.
