Architectural Engineer with Project Manager Experience
Position Overview:
As an Architectural Engineer with Project Manager experience, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our architectural projects from concept to completion.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide projects through various phases, and ensure seamless coordination between design, engineering, and construction.
Your expertise in both architectural engineering and project management will be essential to deliver projects that exceed client expectations within budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and construction phases of architectural projects, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop specifications for construction, architectural, or engineering projects
- Manage projects from initial planning to completion
- Manage construction projects in compliance with established codes, standards, and regulations
- Perform inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Maintain and update materials, equipment, and construction plans
Education:
- Bachelor's (required)
Experience:
Architectural Engineer: 10 years (preferred)
Project Management: 8 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (required)
