    Overview of the role:

    • The job holder will play a crucial role indelivering ontime highquality successful projects within thespecified constraints of time and cost.
    • The role holder will also be liaising withdifferent teams such as IT legal and procurement while executingthe project
    • The roleholder is also responsible to ensure audit compliance and has toensure SOPs are maintained and adhered to across supply chainfunctions.
    • Build strongrelationships with all key stakeholder to effectively enablecritical decision making.

    What you willdo:

    • Supportdeployment of Multi site fulfilment roll out programme
    • Prepare cost business case andproject plan for all phases of the project
    • Report on project progress usingmetrics
    • Presentation andcommunication with the senior management and relevantstakeholders
    • Establishbest practices that supports continuous improvement and deliverbusiness portfolio growth
    • Prepare and distribute scheduled and ad hocreports in a timely manner.
    • Maintain compliant records of Project/ContractManagement related activities for future reference or auditpurposes.

    Required skills to besuccessful:

    • Logistics operational experience
    • Freight trends and logistics serviceproviders knowledge/market intelligence on competency
    • Open book budgetingbusiness case
    • Projectmanagement and change management skills
    • Familiar with root cause analysis correctiveplans initiative tracking
    • Takes ownership and makes decisions
    • Professional positive &displays Integrity: Communicates openly transparently &confidently across a wide variety of internal & externalaudiences. Ability to interact cross functionally with peers andsenior leaders to achieve beneficial businessresults.

    What qualifies you for therole:

    • Ecommerce;fulfilment & last mile NPS culture
    • Proven track record of 68 years in Logistics& Supply Chain contract logistics.
    • Retail industry experience.
    • Cost modelling presentation packsprocess mapping
    • GCC;Freight Warehousing Transport
    • Having experience in WMS SAP integration withERP/fulfilment centres MS office.
    • Experience of working on warehouse and contractlogistics environment with multiple parties and variety of serviceswith proven ability in negotiations.
    • Excellent oral and written Englishcommunication.
    • Demonstrated ability to work creatively andanalytically in a problemsolving environment demonstrating teamworkinnovation and excellence
