- Interact and engage withrestaurant & bar guests and maintains high quality servicestandards
- Motivate team members and maintain ahigh level of team spirit (or teamcohesiveness)
- Handle guest complaintseffectively and professionally
- Consistentlylooking to increase satisfaction levels from a Colleague, Guest andOwner perspective
- Support the daily operationin collaboration with the Service Manager, assist with monthlyforecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluationetc.
- Take responsibility, in partnership withthe Service Manager, for the operations look and feel, includingbut not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of therestaurant and bar
- Has a passion for Food &Beverage
- Loves interacting withguests
- Believes inteamwork
- Communicates with fluency in English(as well as the local language)
- Preferably hasexperience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotelbackground
- A self-starter and a teamplayer
- Enjoys beingchallenged
