    • Support the daily operationin collaboration with the Service Manager, assist with monthlyforecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluationetc.
    • Take responsibility, in partnership withthe Service Manager, for the operations look and feel, includingbut not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of therestaurant and bar
