JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting the Sales Division Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
Helping to set sales goals and targets, and monitoring the team's performance to ensure these are met or exceeded.
Training and coaching sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service standards.
Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
Conducting regular sales meetings to discuss targets, strategies, and ongoing projects.
Managing customer complaints and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Preparing sales reports and analyzing data to identify trends, forecast sales, and assess the effectiveness of sales tactics.
Overseeing the administration of CRM systems and ensuring the sales team accurately records customer interactions and sales.
Assisting with the management of the sales budget and ensuring costeffective resource allocation.
Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to foster business development opportunities.
Stepping in to directly manage key accounts or lead sales pitches as required.
Performing all duties of the Sales Division Manager in cases of absence or emergency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or related courses
Proven experience in sales and customer service.
At least 5 years of experience in industries related to pharmaceutical excipients, chemicals and raw materials for cosmetics and home care products
The ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent problemsolving skills.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Effective communication skills.
