Job Descriptions:


  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
  • Preparing reports, memorandum, draft and other documentations required.
  • Proper filing of documents in soft and hard copy
  • Managing and arranging appointments
  • Have knowledge in Booking hotels and travel arrangements
  • Can handle personal transactions and confidentiality.

Skills and Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Between 20 to 35 years old
  • With pleasing personality
  • With or without experience
  • Good communications skills and quick learner.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to use standard software (Microsoft Office, etc).
