Job Descriptions:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Preparing reports, memorandum, draft and other documentations required.
- Proper filing of documents in soft and hard copy
- Managing and arranging appointments
- Have knowledge in Booking hotels and travel arrangements
- Can handle personal transactions and confidentiality.
Skills and Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Between 20 to 35 years old
- With pleasing personality
- With or without experience
- Good communications skills and quick learner.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Ability to use standard software (Microsoft Office, etc).
