• Bringingstructure to the client problems & problem solving. Develop/ customize solutions relevant to client
• Sharp focus on quality delivery (Ensuring highquality delivery)
• Program management multitasking and timemanagement
• Strongunderstanding of IT policies procedures and processes drive& govern implementation of policies andprocedures
• Strongsolution architecture skills must be able to derive technologysolutions based on business requirements and develop businesscase
• Representingservice offerings whitepapers & POVs inanalysts/industry/customer forums
• Internal Focus:

o Work with the internal entrepreneurs (e.g. Innovationteam) and senior management to identify disruptive opportunities inthe areas of information technology

o Activelysupport business development efforts including taking proposalpreparation

o Develop new service offering andalso enhance/upgrade the existing ones

o Guide& mentor a team of analysts & consultants

• External Focus:

o Lead consulting engagements for customers todrive transformation Initiatives

o Clientrelationship management.

o Handle mid tolargesize accounts and expand opportunities with new/existingclients on ongoing basis
