Description

• Provide technical assistance and support to endusers regarding software, hardware, and networkrelated issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating more complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Conduct regular system and network performance monitoring to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and improve IT support processes and procedures.
• Document support activities, solutions, and resolutions accurately and comprehensively
• Experience with any POS and ERP systems is an advantage.

• A degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in network and hardware support.
• Strong problemsolving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
