Makes authoritative professional recommendations about the focus and content of major product/programme, ways of working, appropriate high-level exams processes which have a significant impact on the Council's performance in the short- and medium-termIdentifies new approaches and/or techniques which enhance the efficiency, quality, and wider impact of the exams global processes and how they impact the businessEnsures the development and implementation of formal quality assurance and evaluation procedures for proposed and current global processesEnsures high quality customer/market research processes and procedures are in place for Process development and utilisation across the BC globally.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's DegreeSix Sigma Green BeltUnderstanding and experience of Exams ProcessesDemonstrable Extensive knowledge and expertise of LSS methodology and community of practices.
