Description
As a Secretary you will assume the duty of:- Answering phone calls and redirect them as & when necessary
- Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms
- Undertake Receptionist duties Develop and maintain a filing system
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Make travel arrangements
- Maintain Good Housekeeping & Pantry Functions
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda for Senior Management
- File and update contact information of employees, customers,
- Clerical and administrative support to other team members in order to
- Assisting colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning
- Document expenses and hand in reports
- Any other assignment given by Management based on your skills and
Salary:
AED1, AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- receptionist/secretary: 2 years (preferred)
