Description

A high-end boutique developer in Dubai requires a 3D Visualizer with UAE Experience of at least 5 years.

  • Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize construction projects.
  • The ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, models, and concepts.
  • The ability to handle large projects and masterplans independently.
  • Strong technical knowledge on the production of images and Illustrations
  • A keen eye for detail, composition, and visual narrative.
  • Must be proficient in 3D Max,Rhino,Lumion,Sketchup,AutoCAD & Photoshop.
  • Review and enhance 3D designs for existing products.
  • Manage documentation of both new and revised 3D designs
  • Understand the project requirements and develop highquality designs accordingly
  • Select materials, engineering standards and generic parts for 3D product designs

Requirements:


  • Relevant Diploma / Degree
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, fast implementation
  • Minimum 34 years of proven experience in interior design industry (3D Modeling)

Salary:
AED3, AED6,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
