Key Responsibilities:

Container unloading, matching cartoon numbers to packing sheets at the time of unloading, make a summary in excel of actual quantity received.
Prepare, Plan and Supervise customer deliveries to be taken out from the warehouse - update the stock in the stock sheet on a daily basis.
Collecting GRV from the salesman and checking the GRV received is as per the debit note received from the customer.
To take invoice print out from tally to be sent to the customer along with the deliveries.
Coordinate with the transporter and take delivery receipts.
Goods in/ out entries
Stock Transfer from Shop to Warehouse, warehouse to shop entries
Physical Stock taking - counting the inventory
Delegating and getting work done from the subordinates (junior level staff).
Re-packing, re-labelling of the items
Segregating the stock item wise, space utilization
Reporting shortages/ slow moving stock etc. on regular basis
All other tasks relating to efficiently managing the role of Warehouse Manager.

Skills & Requirements preferred:

2+ years warehouse management experience.
Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
Outstanding communication skills (English & Hindi both), both written and verbal
Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking and problemsolving skills.
Strong people skills.

Job Location :
Warehouse in Ras Al Khor, Dubai.

Salary:
AED3,000 - AED4,000 per month
