    • Managing BeverageOperations
    • Ensures compliance with all food& beverage policies, standards and procedures by training,supervising, follow-up and hands onmanagement.
    • Implements agreed upon beveragepolicy and procedures throughout theproperty.
    • Manages in compliance with allapplicable beverage laws.
    • Understands beveragecontrol including days on hand, perpetual inventory, beverage pars,portion control, costs controls, beverage potentials, mix of salesanalysis for beverage, issue & returns, food standards, andperiod end inventory.
    • Monitors adherence to allbeverage control policies andprocedures.
    • Attends pre- and post-conventionmeetings as needed to understand groupneeds.
    • Comprehends budgets, operatingstatements and payroll progress reports as needed to assist in thefinancial management ofdepartment.
    • Participates in the management ofdepartment's controllable expenses to achieve or exceedbudgeted goals.
    • Manages to achieve or exceedbudgeted goals.
    • Ensures compliance with allbeverage policies, standards andprocedures.
    • Maintains food handling andsanitation standards.
    • Manages inventoriesaccording to budget and businesslevels.
    • Assists with developing menus andpromotions as necessary.
    • Leading BeverageTeam
    • Trains staff on beverage control policiesand procedures.
    • Supervises staffing levels toensure that guest service, operational needs and financialobjectives are met.
    • Ensures employeesunderstand expectations andparameters.
    • Communicates critical informationto the beverage staff regarding each event.

    • Provides excellentcustomer service.
    • Interacts with guests toobtain feedback on product quality and servicelevels.
    • Responds effectively to guest problemsand complaints.
