Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the advertising industry to expand our customer base.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, anticipate requirements, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the production process.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify emerging market trends, industry opportunities, and competitive threats to inform business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, marketing, and creative departments, to develop integrated solutions and value propositions for clients.
  • Oversee the endtoend execution of production projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and freelancers to allocate resources, manage workflows, and optimize project efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase our capabilities, services, and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Tailor proposals to address specific client needs, objectives, and preferences, demonstrating our value proposition and competitive advantage.
  • Present proposals and negotiate terms with clients to secure new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and expansion within the advertising production landscape.
  • Utilize market insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and business development initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a proven track record of securing government contracts.
  • Deep understanding of media production services, including animation videos, creative content development, and digital media solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to exceed customer expectations.
  • Male preferred, with fluency in English language.
