The Forever Shine Beauty Clinic

Assistant Nurse will assist the senior nurses and clinicians in providing high-quality patient care in a beauty clinic setting.

The assistant nurse will perform a variety of duties, including preparing treatment rooms, assisting with patient consultations, performing basic medical procedures, and maintaining patient records.

The assistant nurse will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician and follow established protocols and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and in working order
  • Assist senior nurses and clinicians with patient consultations, including taking medical histories and vital signs
  • Administer basic medical procedures such as injections, wound dressings, and suture removals
  • Clean and sterilize medical equipment and instruments as per infection control policies
  • Provide patient education and instruction on posttreatment care
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of medical supplies and equipment
  • Provide support to senior nurses and clinicians during cosmetic procedures and surgeries
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:


  • Active nursing license or diploma in nursing
  • Prior experience in a medical or beauty clinic setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with basic medical procedures such as wound care, injections, and vital signs monitoring
  • Knowledge of infection control protocols and practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take direction from supervisors
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and handling medical equipment
  • Proficient computer skills, including electronic medical records and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fastpaced and sometimes stressful environment

Working Conditions:
The Beauty Clinic Assistant Nurse will work in a clinical setting, primarily in an outpatient facility. The job may require standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying medical equipment, and occasional evening or weekend shifts.

The assistant nurse will work closely with patients and other medical staff and must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
