Description
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

  • Post PSI vacancies on various recruitment and social media websites.
  • Handle the screening and telephone interviews on daily basis.
  • Schedule the HR & Technical interviews
  • Schedules and runs the aptitude tests or specific assessments when needed.
  • Handle initial HR interviews in collaboration with the Recruitment Team Leader.
  • Assure that all employees have updated JDs.
  • Ongoing update of the Recruitment files & reports
  • Stay updated of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulation
  • Suggest and implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting platforms and new job posters on different social media sources)
  • Recommend and implement ideas to improve our employer branding
  • Stay up to date with the Realestate Salary ranges in UAE Market
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners
