Providing project support to the Vice President and Regional Project LeadsAssisting Project Leads in coordinating with internal stakeholdersSupporting the preparation of project area programsAssembling the recommended Consultant lists, with the guidance of Project LeadsCoordinating design reviews from concept through construction document phases to ensure compliance with Four Seasons design standardsReviewing shop drawings, material samples, and all relevant key project documentationManaging project updatesParticipating in and contributing to development and maintenance of brand standard documentsSupporting the Director Strategy and Integration in coordinating internal Design and Construction initiativesFacilitating collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersWorking on special projects as required
