We are looking for an experienced IT System Administrator to join our team.


Expected expertise:

• L1/L2 Helpdesk Support
• Microsoft Servers / AD / DNS / DHCP Management & Troubleshooting
• Endpoint protection platforms
• Remote Support, Configure & Troubleshooting using Tools
• TeamViewer/Any Desk
• Networking Switches Management (Preferably CISCO, HPE is a plus)
• Configure Access / Trunk Ports, VLAN, Routing
• Wi-Fi AP Management / Support / Troubleshooting (Preferably CISCO, HPE is a plus)

• Firewall Management

• Access Policies with UTM, IPSEC/SSL VPN
• Enduser Remote Access Configuration
• SSL VPN
• Exchange and Outlook Management & Support
• Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Teams Admin and End User Management
• Backup Solution Management (Prefer: Veeam Backup & Replication Experience)

• Virtualization Management

• VMWare vSphere, ESXI Servers
• Basic Knowledge on CCTV, Access Control & Biometric Systems is a plus.

• Preferable Certifications

• ITIL, Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, CCNA, CCNP
• Cyber Security Experience is a plus.

Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month


Experience:

• IT systems administrator: 5 years (required)

Virtualization Technology: 3 years (required)
Windows Server Management: 3 years (required)

• Active directory, Exchange server and Office 365: 3 years (required)
• Data protection & disaster recovery protocols: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (required)
