IMMEDIATE JOINING for a project based in Abu-Dhabi.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create plumbing drawings and schematics for residential and commercial projects.
  • Consult with clients, engineers, and architects to develop plumbing plans and specifications.
  • Develop plumbing and piping layouts for a variety of projects.
  • Prepare detailed drawings of plumbing systems, including both roughin and fixtures.
  • Develop plumbing installation specifications and materials list for residential and commercial projects.
  • Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Collaborate with other drafters to ensure accuracy of plumbing drawings.
  • Update existing drawings as needed to reflect changes in design or project scope.
  • Regularly review work to ensure accuracy and quality.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Plumbing Draftsman in a Contracting company
  • Experience required preferably in GCC
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics, and other technical documents. Knowledge of plumbing engineering principles, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
AED5, AED5,500.00 per month
